Where do I get a registration code?
A registration code was given to you by an Entropia employee either on an exclusive card or e-mailed to you as an invitation.
Do you distribute or sell any information?
Absolutely not. We never share any of your personal information with anyone. This is our Privacy Policy.
Ordering & Shipping
Is it safe to give you my credit card information? Yes, it’s extremely safe. However, we don’t expect you to just trust us, we just met! Besides our strong Privacy Policy, we also use a Secure Site License with 128-bit encryption to hide your sensitive data from anyone’s prying eyes.
How long does shipping usually take?
Your order will be processed within 48 hours.
After that, your photos will be printed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Typically people receive their photos within a week of their order.
International orders make take up to 14 days.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
On the rare occasion you might be displeased with what we’ve created or sent you,
return it within 7 days for an exchange or full refund!
